Where the data comes from
The flip data on Suncoast Flips is compiled from public property records published by the Pasco, Hillsborough, Pinellas and Hernando County property appraisers. We match repeat sales of the same property, filter out non-market transfers and calculate holding time and gross spread. See how we calculate.
